What You’ll Learn
Join me for an immersive landscape photography experience in Waterfall Country, exploring three of the most stunning waterfalls in the Brecon Beacons. This carefully structured one-day workshop gives you hands-on experience in real-world conditions, allowing you to translate the beauty and drama of the falls into images you’ll be proud of.
Throughout the day, you’ll work closely with me, learning how to confidently photograph waterfalls using techniques such as long exposures and focus stacking, as well as mastering composition to enhance depth and atmosphere. I’ll guide you through my full on-location process, helping you slow down, notice details, and make creative choices that elevate your images in the field.
Your learning doesn’t stop when the day ends. You’ll gain access to my complete waterfall post-processing course, where I break down every step, from RAW file to finished image. Lessons are clear and manageable, allowing you to learn at your own pace, revisit techniques whenever needed, and apply them confidently to your own work.
Whether you’re taking your first steps into waterfall photography or aiming to take your portfolio to the next level, this All-in-One Waterfall Masterclass Workshop is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a professional edge, both behind the camera and in post-processing.
Every choice you make in the field, from reading light and shaping flow to composing with purpose, sets your images up for success in post-processing. My workshops combine hands-on guidance on location with structured, step-by-step editing instruction, giving you a clear workflow from capture to final image.

Weather & Flexibility
Some waterfall trails may occasionally be closed due to maintenance, conservation work, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we’ll swap in a nearby waterfall or an alternative section of the same trail whenever possible, so you can still enjoy a rewarding and safe photography experience. These changes allow us to adapt to conditions while ensuring you make the most of every photographic opportunity throughout the day.
Itinerary
The itinerary has been planned with flexibility in mind, allowing for approximately one hour at each location while factoring in travel, setup, and creative exploration. Timing may be slightly adjusted depending on group pace, weather, or unique opportunities that arise. In some cases, we may spend a little longer at one spot and slightly less at another. These adjustments help us visit all planned locations while making the most of every photographic moment and learning opportunity during the workshop.
